Can stock TPMS be transfer to another stock rim?

Can stock TPMS be transfer to another stock rim?
Ok so I just got my 8 last week, it came with an extra set of tires and rims. I changed the 2 front tires/rims. They looked better. So now im getting the TPMS light. It looks like the rims/tires I got now do not have TPMS. The valve is not metal but rubbery. So my question is can I transfer the TPMS form my old OEM rims/tires to my the OEM rims/tires I have now?

do most tire shops know how to handle TPMS or does it have to be done by a Mazda dealer?
