Put some air in your tires! J/k You had TPMS installed on the Volks? If you didn't, the flash should become a constant light, eventually.

my car is dropped almost 2 inches with a +34 offset and 285 tires. Even with an extreme camber I was rubbing like crazy, once the rear fender wells were shaved problem is gone, no matter if the car is packed.

tpms will keep flashing. nothing you can really do about it. For some reason mines hasn't stop flashing yet. After a while it's supposed to stay on, maybe I should drive my car more. =P

New Shocks perhaps? Is your car lowered with just springs?

+1 for "rolling"/"shaving".
JUST BARELY THOUGH. i switched out to the RB springs and that helped a lot and as of late, not sure if its the cold but i have hardly rubbed. i can even put people in the back given i have not done a full load yet but its much better. next set of wheels will definitly be the correct fit.

oh and i have 2 amps and a 4080 box in the back with the spare tire

lesper4, you may want to pm deedubb about getting your car done...looks like it may make your setup work. Then you wouldn't have to worry about giving up your wheels.

lookin good mike! I wonder how much they shaved off. Like i said im running 9.5 +34 with a 275 tire and my car sits much lower than yours. I still dont rub at all. I even had my camber fixed a lil and I still dont rub with 2 full sized people in the back. Check this picture out:

even at that height I still didn't rub. Im thinking they need to shave off more.

It might be rubbing on the interior part of the tires. In that case, no amount of shaving would help.

Hey Mike is it still flashing?

I found that if a person disconnects the plug to the TPMS module the light flashes constantly even when driving. (I plugged it back in)

It is the white plug on the left.

If it did stop you and you have TPMS sensors in the wheels they just needed to register to the car.

to add to that question any tips on restoring a set of wheels & what would be the ideal size(dimensions) tire for a 18x8+43 and 18x9+44 set of volks

Oh & excuse my ignorance but why exactly do you all go w/a biggger sidewall height for front tires?

plain automotive car wash soap and water. You can even apply wax to the rims as well, that helps keep the finish shiny and smooth
