Finally got my car and installed the rims. I took a couple quick snap shots before I took it out for a drive. I will take better pics later.

Terrible day...

I just had my rims & tires put on yesterday. I was driving to work today when I hit a manhole cover and made a huge "thud". I now have a dent and the tire's sidewall has a cut. It doesnt look like its leaking any air so hopefully the tire will hold like this. So sad.

 

ouch...that sucks

 

Yeah, it totally sucks. Almost want to cry or go beat up that manhole.

I got 1 set of pictures yesterday when the rims were perfect and will post those up when I get the chance.

man that sux! have that rim checked for cracks inside and the back side, dont
want it to fall of at speed ... all of the man hole down our road at work are
sticking up so going for lunch is like scca solo run .
hope the rims ok .

No other mods planned at the moment except a drop. Need to put the purchases on hold for a while or the boss lady will have a fit

Alucard I just have to say... your car is one sexy machine! I'm just curious as to where you actually purchased your Momo's. I don't even have an '8 yet but already I'm looking into the mods and I've been having difficulty finding Momo's at legit online stores. Too bad Tire Rack didn't sell them

 

I picked mine up at http://www.discounttire.com , didn't find very many places that had them.

 

I called em a few months ago to buy. They don't carry them anymore

yea... idky they stopped selling them at tires.com,

I talked with a rep at momo and he said they didnt discontinue the wheel
