There are holes in the upper shock mount that you can pass the cables through. The cables will have to bend pretty sharply to make it through but it works. The holes face the rear of the car.

I'll try and snap some pictures of my setup tomorrow after class.

Be careful when you are raising the shock up into position. If you lower it at any point in the process (slips, arm gets tired, trying for a different angle after corkscrewing it up, etc) with the cables attached they can catch on the various edges of the shock mount and the cables can break (the threaded end is attached with a compression fitting and the cable just pulls right out).

Sorry, didn't get out to the garage to take the pictures today.

However, I did find this:
http://www.swankmonkey.com/mazda/rx8...djustment.html
http://www.swankmonkey.com/mig/index...r=./jic_remote

They ghetto-fabbed their own adjusters but it looks like they used the same route through the body that I did.

The hole the cable (their fuel line tubing) comes out of is one of the spots that the adjuster **** gets caught when you lower the shock down. If you ever remove the shocks, have a helper handy to make certain that you don't break the adjuster.

My set up looks really clean, granted we did this with another build in mind as well, but I am quite happy with them. I gotta do some work on the car tom. anyway.
