Seems like black on black has boomed in popularity over the past couple years. I have a black 8 and was considering black rims and a polished lip ( like everyone who has a black 8 or black car in general seems to be considering now adays) but I'm trying to determine how long this "fad" will last or if its here for good.. but I know although it looks good it sucks to maybe blend in the pimped out civic on 19" black rims with a polished lip yo.... (haha) ....

 

i think it will be around for a while. There are a lot of people out there with this combination but a lot of them don't get it right. When I mean right im talking about correct offsets.

 

who cares about fad? if you think it looks good, it will look good in the future. i've always been a fan of black on black and how the wheel color matches that of the body on supercars (eg. ferrari, lambo)

 

Black on black isn't too common in my area. I get compliments/ stares all the time.

For some reason, I've just never been a fan of the black rims...

They do look really nice on certain cars but I just don't think I'd ever do it on my car...I must have been dropped on my head too many times as a kid.

I think the gold rims look awesome ... especially in 17s sorta makes it look like the car has some meat back there... what do yall think about the gram lights in gold with a polished lip?
