B&G Test Car?

OK, I have the opportunity to be a test car for B&G and get free springs out of the deal. Do you think I should do it? I'm concerned about losing ride quality if I do. Was hoping you guys could gvie me your opinions. Thanks in advance.

This is what they're offering:

You can get your hopes up... as long as you realize this probably won't be any time too soon. I mean prob within the next month - month and a half. We are totally busy... I will ask my boss when he wants you to bring your car in. Basically, you will bring your car in, we will take measurements, probably throw some springs on it and see how it looks/drives, and then have you come back in a month or so to test out the prototype springs, how it looks/drives, etc... If we need to take pics or measurements for sway bars or something, we will call you back to. We would probably ask you to rock a B&G sticker on your quarter windows and give you a set of lowering springs. Exact details will come your way via a phonecall from myself!

There's mention of them in this post: https://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php...93&postcount=1

And I guess they looked for people before: https://www.rx8club.com/showpost.php...41&postcount=8

I think I'm gonna pass on it, I've known others who have tested sets for them, and the test springs always ride like ****. This is my baby, I only want the best for her, you know?

oh ok... maybe their poor quality would explain why i haven't heard of them (even though they're listed at $299 on their website!!!), so I think you've made a good choice. Of course, only the best is what we want, but sometimes we are rewarded for some risks. I don't think this is one of them.

Well their production products ride good, it's just their test sets that aren't a good ride, so it would be temporary. It's a good opportunity, but I'm just not sure about it.
