I have these tires on my audi allroad. It's a very quite tire with excellent handling. I'm wondering if any RX8 owners are using Falkens. I would say that it's sidewalls are a bit softer but it's all season and the grip and handling is great on my Audi. I just don't know how it is on the RX8.

 

I researched a little on falkens and found the tire i was looking at (cant remmeber which one) was very heavy, I didnt want the extra weight so i did not pursue them.

Mine is 17inch 225/50 though. I like it better than stock 16inch Bridgestone. I sold the stock tires and use the rims for winter tires. ZE512 are quite a value for money tire, unless you drive your 8 in the circuit as you already known. They also say that the material is long life.

Thanks Pepe! :D Yeah ... I don't think you can go wrong with Falken. My wife loves riding our allroad after I switch to Falkens ... she and I could not believe the difference compared to the stock Pirelli tires.
