Alignment and rear sway help needed please!

OK.
This past weekend we put on the RB springs and sways & new front links.

Put the car downonthe ground and it felt AWESOME! Steering was precise and handling superb. Had alittle bit of squeaking in the back with the rear sway, because we misread the directions and put almost all the grease we had on the front sway bushings.

Yesterday I went to get an alignment at NTB. Discussed getting 1+* of neg camber. Guy said OK, but your toe is -.29 on the drivers side and +.03 on the passenger side. I said, please fix it. He "did".

Went home to apply grease to the rear sway and got a surprise. while taking off the rear sway bushing on the drivers side,I noticed one of the nuts was completely loose (on the top). Took it off, added grease as per racing beat's instructions, reinstalled. But there was a good deal of downward force on the sway bar and had to use a screw driver to realignit so the bracket could go back on.

Went to the other side and did the same thing. Bottom nut was not real tight on passenger side. After greasing everything, had to use screwdriver again to get things back, but this time there was significant upper force instead.

Now when I drive it'sall quiet, back there but the steering feels slushy, not like it did the night we finished.

I am thinking it's all a botched alignment job, but maybe there is a bigger problem???

Help, please! I am autocrossing the first time this saturday.

See my reply in my driving impressions thread. It also includes a good contact for alignment!

Unhappy Problem solved

OK...
for whatever reason, we did not orient the rear sway bar in teh correct manner during installation and attached it backwards (corving over the top to the end links). This did not at first seem wrong because the car was fully jacked up during the install as we were also installing new springs.

On a side note, this produced a distinct creaking and clank sound that many have complained about. There are no pictures in the installation instructions and the bar does look correct, until the new springs settle in, when it begins to rest against the frame near the end links.

So... Check that your bar curves under. If not, it's wrong and it may be bent like mine is now.
