Alignment Advice for Staggered Setup

I have researched alignment specs to death and still need some advice on what specs to use. I have a '04 RX-8 which I just installed Tein S-Tech springs on last week. I have 19" Staggered Axish Hiro rims I will be mounting. My tire sizes will be a 235 up front and a 265 in the rear. The car will only be street driven...no track days, no auto x! With that said I found these specs on the forum:

Front
camber -1.2L/R
caster 6.9L/R
Toe 0.00L/R

Rear
camber -1.3L/R
toe 0.3L/R

If I am running a wider tire in the rear should my rear settings be different? Should I attempt to use these settings or just use the stock settings which
I also found on here. Also, do I need to put my aftermarket wheels on for the appropriate settings or can I keep the stock wheels on? My major problem is that I have no good performance alignment shops in my area. Mazda said they can't do the alignment because it is lowered. Firestone won't touch the car because they insist I need a camber kit which I tried explaining that I don't. I have one other shop which I have used for my lifted vehicles that do good honest alignments. They use a Laser Bee alignment rack. I may opt to use these guys since I have no other options. Any input would help!

I missed that you knew someone with a laser rack, they should be able to do it, there's no rocket science involved, they only have to make the adjustments

with it lowered you may not be able to get that low of a camber setting in the rear
