@tiltmode i was never a fan of that spoon bumper on s2k. but to each his own! baller might = expensive, but it doesn't always = awesome, unless the aero's getting ripped off at the track. I have a lead on the regas i want, but if i change my mind definitely hit you up!

@imput god i love miatas.

please more rx8 people learn from this. say no to stock offsets and yes to rolling fenders!

oh... for good measure, THIS AGAIN:

Whole different level buddy!

The CE's on the s2k are like 17x9 +63.

For the 18x10.5 regamasters, hit me up. :)

Ross_Dawg 10-21-2009 11:03 PM

Wow that front bumper fitment is atrocious lol

Yup, that's standard fitment anyway...

Mugen M7's custom re-barreled. Original NSX spec set faces cut out and re-welded onto new 18"/17" chrome dipped forged barrels.

18x10 +28 265/35, 17x8 +28 with 1 inch spacer (+2.6) 215/45

^dude Alex where did you find M7's with such a deep lip, saw it at motormaverns.

Never knew cool M7's existed haha. I like the CCW's better tho.

They are custom re-barreled. I have the ability to get any 2-piece wheel and made it wider, larger, or lower the offset (cut and re-weld). I haven't had CCW's yet, the LM20's are their only design that I sort of like. For custom wheels, I would rather look elsewhere - personal preference though.

My bad, don't know why I said CCW's, I meant HRE's.

i know im probably about to get flamed for this, but what fender mods would i need to do to run 18X10 +30 slammed on tein basics with a 245/40 tire

Ross_Dawg 10-22-2009 11:37 PM

rolled fenders is about it. slammed on basics is really just any old spring drop so you'll be fine. Really? only a 245 tire? thats quite the stretch bro

thejew89 10-22-2009 11:39 PM

its what i have for now when i wear these out im going to get a set of 265s or 275s. but i cant afford to buy another set of tires since i just bought these a month ago.

Ross_Dawg 10-22-2009 11:41 PM

yes then youll be fine. when you get the 275's youre going to need camber or a pull

thejew89 10-22-2009 11:48 PM

ill probably do a little of both.

I found a set of Hancooks 265/35 on TireRack for $470 shipped... they might still be on there.... if you've got another $500 laying around :)

3DZukini 10-23-2009 12:04 AM

265/35ZR-18 Hankook Ventus R-S2 XL $99 a piece, but they're gone now, just checked.... Sorry I wasted some post space :)

I already regret never getting the right size tire to make these fit properly :'(

Ross_Dawg 10-24-2009 12:30 AM

So are these with the new tires or still the beefy ones?
