Aftermarket wheel offsets?

Aftermarket wheel offsets?
I'm thinking of purching some aftermarket wheels but I'm not sure what offsets will fit with no problems. I know the OEM wheels are 18x8 with a 50 offset but what size wheels and offset are you guys using.
