After Market Springs
#27
I can tell the people who didn't loosen and retighten all of the control arm mounting bolts.... Look at the cars where the nose is slightly higher, or the wheel arch gap is greater in the front.
Eibach Pro-Kit springs on mine, but I'm switching back to my K-Sport coil-over suspension this week. It rides better AND handles better!

Not the best picture because the car needs washed and detailed.
Running Tein Flex coilover with the default drop out of the box. Drop is 1.5" front and .7" rear. My new front and sides and lip spoiler should be on at the end of next week. Depending how low the new front is, I plan to lower it another .5" front and .25" rear.

I have Tein Flex as well but I do not think my front dropped more than 1.5". I could be wrong but the front with appearance lip still has 5.5" of clearance. I'm running 19/35/255 and the gap has closed up nicely around the wheel wells but I do not think the front dropped 2". I'm lowering it tomorrow at least another .5" and rear .25". Depending how it sits I might do .75" front and .5" rear.

With stock wheels its about what your saying, but with my enkei's the camber is much diff and so is the hight. Which I dont understand because they use the same tire and wheel size. Unless somthing is diff on the hub

Nice drops fellas. How do ya'll jack up the front once its lowered? I have teins waiting to be installed but I'm scared of clearance to jack up the front. I have trouble as it is due to the Mazdaspeed front bumper.

I always now have to jack it up from the side or put it on a lift. I have a delco low pro jack and it wont fit under the front lip anymore. Infact it got stuck when I lowed it because I jacked it from the front.

I bought a low profile jack (3.5") from Costco. I jack it up from the side and slide in a jack stand and then go to the other side. I have read posts here about driving up on 2x4 to create the necessary clearance. This sounds like a good idea. I'm going to make a couple of mini ramps by nailing 2 2' 2x6's together and angling off the other end.
