Came across a used set of Pirellis for $125(no plugs/holes/etc) Will these be ok on 19x9.5 +35 f/r??? thanks

They'll fit fine (though I would be putting 245 width on that rim). Your biggest issue will be the 40% height, you're gonna be a full inch in diameter larger than stock.

But to answer you're question, yes they'll fit.

 

255/35/19 is the closest to OE tire size.

They'll be a little bit wide, but not balloony.

If you're lowered you're gonna have to take that increase in diameter into account. If not, you'll be okay. You may need to remember that your speedo is gonna be off of your actual speed a bit too...
