18x9.5 +22?

Hey guys I just bought some powertrix coils and am looking for rims now. I came across a set but can only really find them in 18x9.5 +12 or 22. There's no way I want to go +12 but have been thinking bout the +22s. Does anybody have pics of this set up? What kind of work is needed? Obviously ill need a roll and cut the tabs but is there anything else? Probably going to go with a little bit of a streched tire too.

I run an 18x9.75 +20 with 245/40 tires all around and don't have any problems beyond a temporary slight rub in the rear. I went to a little over 2 degrees of camber and have been fine since.

What did you have to do to get them to fit?
