18's Motegi RT5 (Flat Black)
This comment made no sense whatsoever...Don't put ricer rims, then you say put Volk, Advan etc etc...
Uhmm you do know that most rice rockets use those type of rims and not Motegi per se. I've seen so many dinky Civics with 15" Volks it's not funny.

I don't like completely black wheels on cars because they look like hubcaps are missing.
Black or dark wheels that have a silver lip and a nice center cap do work well IMO.
BTW, the 19" DPK wheels are reasonably light weight and look great. As far as being made by American Racing, I don't know why that is such a bad thing. It is a lot better than being oem'd by some unknown Asian company that you've never heard of that has no history.
Also if someone steals your center caps etc, you'll probably have a lot better luck finding parts.

Thanks for the replys guys. I saw a few Red 8s on these forums with Black rims and they looked beautiful.
Anyways, I don't mind the brand name, Axis, Volks, Motegi, etc. They are all the same to me. I used to have a Civic with Axis rims (very ricey indeed!)
But all I want is to change those stock wheels I have. Plus the price for those 18's Motegi's RT5 are $460 for 4. I'd say that's a pretty good price.
What do you guys think of this one?

If you want to put low quality rims on your car, fine, go for it. When it cracks or gets dented don't complain.
Personally I'd rather have stock wheels. Why do you want wheels that are narrower than stock? They're more than likely heavier too.

Sorry, but that's BS.
I had Motegi M7's on my Acura CL Type S. Black on black, tinted, graphite Motegi's, shaved emblems and blacked out side window trim. I got more "beautiful ride" comments with it than I do my 8. I hit a chuck hole at night doin over 80, hit the car so hard it bent the lower control arm and the Motegi wheel took it with no complaints. They were also HALF the weight of the stock Acura alloys at 15.5 lbs. (17x8)
Now here's a wheel!!Hold on to your wallet before linking!! Add 100.00 each shipping!
$609.95 each, plus shipping.
Available in any color.
I think I got a woody!
