$700 for SSR wheels. Good deal?

A set of SSR wheels are on sale on CL for $700.

Anybody have any info on these SSR wheels like model, approximate weight, etc? Are they any good? Good deal for $700?

Fronts 18x9 +35 should fit fine. Rear 18x10 +35 might be close even with my rolled fenders. Opinions and advice?

really weak sizes. I don't think you'll be satisfied with them.

^Not everyone want's to drive their car like they are driving a semi and go slow around corners. Some people like to have a nice set of functional wheels and drive the RX8 as it was ment. Not fit stupid wide wheels on there...

The 18x10 +35 will fit in the rear with rolled fenders, as long as the tires are 265's or below.

just not really a fan of ssr, I would say save a little more and buy nicer wheels. Its really hard selling wheels like these, thats probably why they're so cheap.

Are those real SSR's? I have never seen SSR's with a center cap like that before.

I was thinking the same thing too. I've heard of cheap ssr's, but not for under a grand.

i believe ssr has a vienna line or something like that

jk, the vienna line has a crest on it.. maybe its old...

try to get a pic of any markings that could indicate if its a SSR..

I don't know. I have been an SSR wheel fan since the 90's and I don't recall the logo ever being anything like that. My friend did have some on his CRX back in the day that said Speed Star or something like that on them.
