what connects to this...
i haven't been able to find the right picture to compare my car's engine bay to, so let me try this. i have a few things missing in the engine bay. if you see a plug that is not connected to anything let me know if you know where it goes. thanks

That green plug is not needed, it's a control for the stock airbox, which you don't have anymore.
Be sure that the little vacuum nipple that goes with it is capped off - it's behind and below the metal throttlebody, on the bottom of the black plastic upper intake manifold.

Hi.
Just an observation....
It looks like you don't have the plastic cover for the fuse box (I see dust and crap on the relays).
Please find one. These cars start exhibiting strange symptoms when they have electrical issues.

i see what happened..
the AC line you are talking about was bent by the body shop when reinstalling the radiator/condenser. It should be on the other side of the radiator fans underneath. You will need to get the ac recharged and maybe another line if that one is bent too bad.
The plugs next to it actually go to your headlight, they didnt connect it when they put it in i guess.
Otherwise you are good to go once you get the coolant tank plugged in on the other side. That plug is for the coolant level sensor
