weird vibration on idle

weird vibration on idle

hi guy,

it is my fist post on this furum i got rx7 but is my fist 8 and i have a little probleme on idle sometime idle is ok right rpm and all ok and after couple second is going a 600 550 and the cars make some vibration my steering shake and the fan start and stop start and stop juste like each 30 sec it is normal???? anyway the car is not supposed to make some vibration like that mazda change my coil , plugs and wired that change nothing ??? so you have a idea

yes new engine since 10000km not hard to start but sometime it just cranck 2 or 3 time before stating and sometime he start well fist key shot .....hot or cold
mazda tell me is a missfire but they cant resolve the probleme ???

also i remark the fan start and stop start and stop each 10 sec .....! normal ???? and a got oil in my air filter too ..the car is not too much filled oil ??? somebody please help me

Clean your MAF. Sounds like someone overfilled the oil

Any idea if the the coils and plugs have been changed recently?
Run down the list. Start at the air filter and clean the whole path. There are plenty of DIYs to help you
Take clear pictures of what you find and document your actions.
Good questions receive thoughtful answers full of insight (mostly)

i have already clean my maf with break cleaner is that te good process to clean ????

mazda changed my coil for free this week thats change nothing a wait for my wired and plug because is not warrantty i gonna change by myself this week

you talking about the screen is after the filter ???? i got a cold air intake so I dont have it ......

my idle was crap just before a put my cold air intake and cold air or not the result was the same but just for make sure the screen is on each side of the maf in the piping ????

and wath the difference between maf cleaner and break cleaner or contact cleaner ???? it have something special ????

I personally think you damaged the MAF with the brake cleaner. But you also need the screen back in place.

Some brake cleaners actually have the same ingredient as electrical contact cleaners, making them suitable for MAF cleaning. Then again, we dont know which the OP used.

could I use another king of screen ????? I cant use the oem because i got a cold air intake

Does that mean you have a different diameter than the stock intake?
What brand is your CAI?

its the same diameter but a try to figure out where is the best way to put it
