Ok new update on the situation. I have locate MOP or OPM and cleaned all the connectors leading to it. I noticed some of the wires are exposed so i tapes them but feel like I may to repair them. Well after taping them the acceleration although still sluggish has improved where I can go over 50 mph. Still haven't learned how to set the OPM but I think I'm in the right area. Anyone that live in Broward area of FL wanna come and look at the car and maybe help out. I got loads of beers.

Yeah when my sensor was acting up I could reset it, then start it would rev hard for 5 seconds then go into limp mode and sometime I would drive up to a mile then limp mode.

I can't find the thread on adjusting it

There is a Mark on it that you can't see from the top of the car. So paint a little mark on the bottom to know where it was. Then loosen the 2 little bolts. I think they're 7MM.

Take it out, and use a OHM meter on the two outer pins. You should get some resistance. When you turn the sensor the resistance should jump around a little. If you turn it too far it will go to Zero. Then it is working properly.

Reinstall it and turn it all the way counter clockwise, then adjust it back clockwise just a little bit. Tighten it, and try it out. This might take quite a few adjustments to get it right.

Ill try looking at it again. Switched out the alternator as the one I had was having issues so you can see this the car that keeps on giving.

So the marking should be under the car then, if so that sucks because it is already dark and the sprinklers are on. Guess I will have to wait till tomorrow then. Well on a good note the car isn't as sluggish as before and I am going to change the air filter as well as its a bit dirty. Gotta try everything at this point lol.

At least I am having fun doing all these fixes.

Well look into limp mode more before adjusting the OMP sensor. And search on it.

You're confusing me with the word sluggish and saying on good nights it isn't as sluggish.

Also look u those codes. Did you remove your Upper intake manifold?

Sorry if I am confusing you witht he whole sluggish thing. But what I mean is before it was real slow when trying to accelerate and now although it is still slow it actually gains speed a bit and goes over 3k rpm now before it struggled to reach 3k.

As for removing the upper intake manifold it is a bit hard for me so I am trying to find some help and seeing if anyone in the forums is in my area to try to help or assist.

As a side note I will be changing the air filter as it really is dirty and needs a changing.

I was asking if You have removed the upper intake manifold before. The two codes you have could be caused by some electrical connectors on the back of the upper intake manifold. If you removed it to fix the original vacuum leak then they may not be connected properly.

Oh no I have had those codes since I had the car and never removed the upper intake. I am sure those codes wouldn't cause this issue as they have always been there.

I searched limp mode and one thread talked of cleaning the ESS. I cleaned it and I'm still in limp mode.

Anyone live in the Broward area of Florida that help with adjusting the OMP. Even if you just guide me through it in a parking lot I would be grateful.

Well here is an update to the situation. I looked under the car to see if I saw any glowing pipes and noticed some fluids dripping down from the midpipe area. I checked the fluid and its all transmission fluid that is dripping. I am going to take it to my mechanic who worked on the transmission as I have a 6 month warranty on it.

Well let you know what the mechanic says once he looks at it.
