VIS Control Solenoid Valve Circuit Low Input

Possible causes
- VIS control solenoid valve malfunction
- Open circuit in wiring between main relay and VIS control solenoid valve
- Open circuit in wiring between VIS control solenoid valve and PCM
- Short to ground in wiring between VIS control solenoid valve and PCM
- Poor connection at VIS control solenoid valve or PCM connector
- PCM malfunction

i dont know where to start and its going to cost $320 for a shop to LOOK! at it

i need to get this car to pass inspection to register
