I don't think this is a problem but I thought i'd ask. When I start my car for the first time of the day to go somewhere it's nice and smooth but when I put it in reverse or drive while still holding the brake it give off a good vibration through the whole care that feels like I guess a steady earthquake or vibration. It doesn't seem to be a serious problem but it's always good to check.

As it gets warmer the less it vibrates.

 

Sounds like your engine mounts, have they ever been replaced?
