Urgent Gasket Question

Urgent Gasket Question
Hey guys, I really need your help.
My buddy and I are going to be installing my exhaust and midpipe tomorrow, and I cannot find one specific gasket from any autoparts store. The gasket that I need is the one used on the Agency Power Midpipe, connecting to the muffler pipe.
I already know the size: 2.5in in diameter, two bolt, with the entire gasket being about six inches from tip to tip. What I desperatately need to know is whether or not the stock gasket on the catalytic converter is of this same size.
I've tried Advanced Auto Parts, Pepboys, and Salvo Auto Parts. Tomorrow I'll be trying Midas and Kunkel's, as I was told by Pepboys that there's a much better chance of being able to find these gaskets at either of those places.
I'm pretty sure the agency power midpipe and the stock cat have the same diameter piping, though I'm not positive. There isn't much reason for me to believe that they do not use the same size gasket, but I need to be sure.
Thanks in advance.

The stock gasket on the front (header to cat) is a steel/fibre O-ring, no bolt holes.
The stock rear (cat to muffler) is a steel mesh donut type, no bolt holes.
You could buy some gasket material at Autozone and trace the flange out, then cut your own....

I'm going to swap out my catalytic converter with a used OEM catalytic converter that I bought.
I'm also going to buy a new OEM gasket for the header-to-converter flange. I'll reuse the converter-to-muffler flange (since many people here have said it can be reused).
My question is: Do I need to apply a sealer to the gaskets, such as Permatex Copper? Or will the gaskets seal by themselves when crushed?
