troubleshooting ABS/TCS, horn, and brake lights

I have an '06 RX-8 AT with the sport package. Not long ago, I started up my car to see the traction control and ABS lights on. I also found out that same drive that my horn doesn't work anymore. When taking a closer look today, I found out my brake lights also weren't turning on.

I tried doing the reset mentioned in this thread: https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-trouble-shooting-95/have-abs-dcs-tcs-issues-lights-staying-202843/, but I had no luck, so I tried doing some of the other checks.

I checked all of the fuses and they seemed fine.

I checked my third brake, and noticed that there was no current going in the wire leading to it when I tapped the brake.

I did a resistance check on what I believe to be the TCS sensors (are they the ones that plug into the center of the wheel? The driver side sensor showed a resistance of 3.6 k ohms, and I couldn't get any resistance reading on the passenger side sensor

I pulled the relay for the horn and I shorted the connection to verify that the horn actually works, and the car did beep.

What can I check next?

The problem was the STOP fuse. Don't know how I missed that one before.
