Transmission/Motor mount? need help

Hi, i was feeling a little vibration like when im at a red light and the car is on Drive it vibrates a little. It didnt bother me but my dad says its the motor mounts and we need to change them. So i found the DIY motor mount filling thread and bought the urethane and we just got the drivers side motor mount off and it looks brand new and theres nothing wrong with it. So now my dads saying it has to be the transmission mount so i googled alot but everything comes up as "motor/transmission mount" like theyre the same. And they look the same as the motor mount. How do i locate, remove, and change the transmission mounts? Btw my rx8 is a 2007 A/T

There is no transmission mount the transmission bolts too the engine and the power plant frame (PPF) which is a big steel bar the connects the trans to the diff.

car does not have a transmission mount. the engine mounts do go bad, they sag, especially the passenger side one
