So anyways to cut to the point:

Came out today to the 8 ...tire's flat have a small gash-like cut in the lower right portion of the treadwall ((could be blowout I don't know)) doesn't look sliced....im under the whole new tires for the life of the vehicle program and I was wondering if this would be covered or if the warranty just covers normal wear...yokohoma tires...stealership told me it wasn't and that it was abuse .....have had problems with this dealership before so I don't know how trustworthy they are....but couldn't take it into the dealership I normally do ...well because I can't drive that far on the tire....

so help would be appreciated

 

tires for life programs are dealership programs, not a manufacturer one. and unless you go to a different dealership that's part of the same dealer group, they aren't transferable. and even then, it might not carry over. its basically just a way to keep you coming back to their dealership for service.

 

Does the Tires for life program cover road hazzards is the question?

 

Well glyphon the dealership told me the program ws based off the tire itself...as to whether it would be covered or not....so I don't know...

i just don't want to pay $300 for one tire =(
