TCS/ABS and check engine light
TCS/ABS and check engine light
This morning my ABS light came on (swerving car light) and the CEL. On my way home I tried the usual remedies to reset it but had no luck. After a 3rd or 4th start up the TCS light started flashing at me as well. Im going to run to a local autozone to pull an engine code. Anything else I should be looking at right now. I've read a little bit on the forum and will check the speed sensors and the brake light. Thanks
BTW: I did have the system off 2 days before and was screwing around in the rain a little (just a little sliding around corners)

Could you clarify? Your description is confusing.
The ABS light actually just has the letters ABS
The TCS light has the wavy lights
The DSC light says DSC
and the CEL is the engine symbol
If this suddenly occurred without any changes, repairs, or upgrades that could be from tires, wheels, shocks, brakes, or springs, then yes, you likely have had a wheel speed sensor fail.

After a trip to autozone I learned that my car was throwing the P0107 code. Checked under the hood and sure enough my MAP sensor was unplugged. Put everything back together and reset the system and now everythings back to normal
