Alright, now that I have tested the fuel pump, checked compression, etc. I still can't figure this out. Over the weekend I moved the coils around (its an LS2 coil conversion) as some of the plug wires happened to be touching the abs bracket. Turned the key and it tried to fire off instantly, but the plugs were too fouled. Ordered a new set of plug wires (went from 2000ohm per wire to 400ohm per wire with new) and swapped in a spare set of plugs and she fired up instantly. Let it warm up and shut it down. 15 minutes of jump starting later and it starts up with no sings anything was wrong. Drove it around the block, went to put it in reverse to pull into my driveway and it stalled. Now its back to not starting, but the battery is low so will check again tomorrow.

Heres the question: every time I swap in a new/cleaned (by cleaned I mean sprayed with carb cleaner and dried with a blow gun on an air compressor) it starts on the first key turn, almost instantly. What could cause that?
