Steering wheel/column clicking

Steering wheel/column clicking
Has gotten down into the 20s recently and im sure springs have gotten creeky and what not because of the cold weather.
I have noticed now that sometimes when I turn I am getting a clicking noise coming out of the steering wheel, similar to the directional click when you pass the point of where it will go off if you straighten out.
Anyways, just wanted to know if any one has the same issue. My 8 has really just bitten the big 1 recently unfortunately. I think that this 1 road that I sometimes go down to get to a computer center for work has destroyed a lot of things on it. There are tons of bumps and I have rattles all over the place now.

we used to see that kind of thing on any airbag equipped car when its cold, its likely to be the clock spring, and sometimes you can spray some lubricant in there and it'll get better.
