Steering Clicking

While not the most severe of problems, I'm sometimes getting a click in my steering during low speed (around 3 mph) turning. If it does happen, it's only once per turn, but there does seem to be a slight feeling of it in the steering wheel. Also, I also sometimes get a click over high frequency low amplitude bumps, though this click seems to be coming from or below the dash and there is no feedback through the steering. Has anyone else experienced this? Any theories as to why it's happening?

(Yes I know weird sounds are quite common in RX-8s, but I wanted to try anyway...)

Thanks, but the clicking is not from the wheels and I have a 2006.

I've noticed this as well in my '05. It's very faint and not always constant and I didn't really start noticing it til about a month or so ago. I've already got it on my schedule to have it looked at.

Thanks man. Keep me updated. I think I'm going to see if I can take it in on Saturday.
