OH Starter problem or engine flooded

Hi guys,
I am new to this forum. I have a 2004 rx8, it is manual and around 75000 miles. Coils, plugs, wires were changed 3 months ago.
Last week, I tried to start my car, but it seems like it doesn't want to. Now, when i tried to start it, i don't feel like the engine is turning over, others like electric are fine and work. I have no idea what's happening to it, is it flooded or the starter has died?
can anyone please help me, it sits outside my home one week already..
I tried to search for problem but i don't find any posts telling me whether it is starter or flooding problem.

????

Either the engine is turning over or it isn't. Most likely its flooded, since its a MT you can easily start it with a pull start. If you do not know how to start a MT car this way there are threads here about it.

Do an engine compression test. If everything looks fine and it just won't start, it must be the engine. Your car should still be under warranty on the engine. Bring it to the dealer and have them check it out.
