stalling when rev

I have an 04 a/t. When I rev in neutral or park to about 5 or 6 rpm it sometimes idle real rough and stalls out. Other than that it drives and functions great. Any ideas? I have bhr ignition and plugs were replaced a couple of months ago. This only happens if I rev it hard in park or neutral

About 37000 miles on it. Gets its oil change every 3-4000 miles. Had its differential and transmission fluids flushed and refilled about last year. Original coils were swapped out about 6 months ago to bhr and plugs were changed a couple months ago. Both of which were fairly ok still because I don't drive the 8 that hard

I was in a prking structure and wanted to hear my exhaust lol. But anyways I just cleaned maf sensor a couple days ago with a maf cleaner I bought from autozone. Got my oil changed the other day and they said air filter was good but ill check it myself later. What should I clean the ess with? Electrical contact cleaner from autozone? Any suggestions?

ess-wipe with rag or use brake cleaner or whatever. its a magnet and gets gunked up with dirt/metal. double check your intake/maf. sometimes adding oil to fast can drain into the intake if you dont have a catch can

just an update... i still haven't gotten the chance to clean the ess because i'm at work. but anyways it started up fine this morning (cold start is never an issue). my place of work is about 20 minutes away and when i got there i stopped for gas. afterwards, i tried to start the car but it died on me. it didnt even have the chance to idle really. i start it and it idles for about 1 or 2 seconds and dies. it does this for like 3 times. i was in a rush to get to work so i started it and revved it so the needle stays above 1k rpm so it wouldnt die. changed the gear to reverse (still trying to keep needle up). i then tried to switch to drive but idle goes out before i get the chance to stomp on the gas. after about 2 tries i finally got it to work. it idles fine now after the stop and go traffic. i'll still check for the ess but that's what's been going on the past couple of hours.

edit: more info about my car

- it's an 04 and i'm first owner. haven't gotten a compression test yet (anybody knows how long it will take for that to be done?)
- still running original starter. (heard that there's an upgraded starter available. should that help?)
- no cels
- 37000 miles almost 38000.
- bhr coils and new plugs
