So like the title says, my car is at first not holding an idle if I don't give it a bit of gas on startup. This hot and not cold, cause the idle holds at around 2k when cold till it warms up then lowers. I've done my share of searching and can't locate whats going on. It seems gas related, almost like it's not getting enough fuel at first.

I recently did the coils, plugs , and wires. I don't think that's the issue here. I just need some advice on where to start poking and prodding.

Did you unplug the battery at any point?
Have you checked your fuel pressure (lines, pump and filter)?
Have you checked the condition of your air filter/ intake? As well as the maf and ess?
Any CEL's? Air leak? Coils/wires/plugs installed correctly?

Verify those things, then report back
