only takes 3 minutes to check the fuel pump housing for a leak. pop out the passenger seat and remove the 4 inspection place screws, if it is failing then you will be rewarded with a face full of raw fuel smell as soon as you pop off the cover.

 

took it to repair shop not & RIWPP was right! it's the fuel lines leaking. My fuel pump is fine & not leaking.. didn't need to be changed, as mazda service center suggested! Geez hard to be a woman who doesn't know anything bout cars bought this 8 yrs ago and didn't have any problem & run soo smooth till they replaced the engine!!!
