Rx8 Hesitation and Idle issue. HELP

Rx8 Hesitation and Idle issue. HELP
Ok so i have a CEL but i have no way of reading it.
Basically, it seems like my car isnt getting the right amount of fuel or something. When I step on the gas pedal, there is about a 1 second delay before the car accelerates. Then once I get around 5-6k rpms it starts sputtering around. Once I come to complete stop, the rpms start to bounce up and down and ot seems like the car is about to stall out.
My spark plugs and coils were replaced about 20kiles ago. Along with the CAT.
Now listen to this... The other week I had the SAME exact problem and I found out that my MAF sensor was loose and wasnt screwed in. Once I tightened it up the problem went away. Now 3 weeks later, its back. But the MAF sensor seems to be fine.
Any ideas??
