Will a FD Lightweight Flywheel fit into a Rx8? I heard 2nd gen T2 clutches fit.

 

According to this page it would appear that turbo RX-7 flywheels are the same as those for the Renesis: http://www.mazdatrix.com/flywheel.htm

Keep in mind that the majority of aftermarket flywheels are externally balanced, meaning you will have to find an appropriate counterweight to go with your RX-7 flywheel.

 

Thanks for the info. I have already looked it up though and everything should go over smoothly if and when I decide to change over.
