^ Cool, i could have used that a month ago :lol:. And be careful with the little bolts (part R). They are installed with loctite, it doesn't take much to break them and they are EXPENSIVE.

I think you mean part A, the R means Replace (with new ones), sorry ;)

And yeah, they are expensive...like all OEM parts now...you want to live down here!

Just a quick Mahalo for all your efforts. A couple of things apply to my 2005-out-of-warranty-machine.

Lets see if Mazda will send me the free parts so I can DIY em :-)

I have a question what the core program for the motor. Do they but new motors or remans or do they just rebuild the motor. I going through a on going battle with mazda of USA.

It seems they are remanufactured and mine lasted just under 3,000 miles. It blew just after the original warranty had run out. They "graciously" replaced it for me. I agreed to pay $100 for it and that gets a 12/12 warranty.

Don't get me started.
