Does anyone else's '8 have a hard time idling smoothly but otherwise seems perfectly healthy?

I have had a pretty rough idle for about a year and a half now. No other problems, nice-quick start up with no hesitation. Strong (as far as rx8s go) pull up to redline, and no low coolent or other fluid levels.

The modifications on the car include BHR midpipe, BHR ignition, AEM intake, Agency Power pulley - idled like dump BEFORE the pulley.

Extra info:
-Sensors including MAF are cleaned every other month or so.
-Motor replaced at 80k and currently sits at 122k.
-Never stalls... Just gets shakey.
-Idles better with the AC turned on.

Thanks for that extremely useful thread. I havnt considered any vacume issues, so I'll have to take a look.

Nor have I thought of the e-shaft sensor.
