Removing paint from interior plastic parts

Last year i painted pretty much whole center console.
Well it looks ok but I got bored with it. Is it possible to sand it down and repaint?

I guess buying those parts would be better but finding someone who is selling them is pain in the ***.
If i can sand it down what stuff do i need?

Sure you could sand it and repaint it. Just get some 800 grit and sand it down. Then put some primer on it and sand that with some 800 grit paper. You could skip the primer stage. It really wouldn't hurt anything. Take a little wax and grease remover and clean it. Then apply paint.

Are you sure about 800? I have 400 at home but it seem very fine. With 800 ill spend week sanding it....
