Recall Question

Guys,
I have installed a B&B exhaust and that prototype intake...

Will I have trouble getting the recall done?/

Has anyone got the recall done with aftermarket parts?

No, these are safety recalls they MUST do them at no cost to you. If your aftermarket parts interfere with or prolongs the “repair” the might charge you for extra labor. For example I have the AutoEXE sub frame brace that covers the fuel tank. This would add about an extra 20 minutes to the fuel tank recall. To ovoid any problems I removed the parts in the way so they couldn’t say anything.

I just had a Greddy exhaust installed. I wonder if they will have any trouble working around it?

They don't do loaners in the regular sense, they have a rental ageement with Budget up the road. Budget comes to the dealer and picks you up, you go to the rental place and sign the paper work. The rental is covered by Mazda. You do need a credit card to get the car though. I would reccomend Town North they have done well both times so far. You do need an appointment though.

Just had recall work done at Classic of Denton. In at 11:30 and got the call it was done at 2:30. No mention of my RB exhaust. Got a Pontiac G6 (Oprah car) to drive for a few hours.
Got my oil changed while I was there and it was washed when I picked it up. Great service, would recommend.
