I had been following most of the recall threads for a while and somehow in the few weeks, suddenly i hear everyone talking about taking thier cars in already..

Have the consumer notices been sent out? If so wondering what markets have gotten them. Neither myself nor one other I know here in S Fla received any information yet.

I think I remember seeing that notices were to be sent out in Aug.. and well Aug's almost over :P

 

They will be sent out from August 30 onwards.

Guess those brining them in already are just jumping the gun. I don't have so much confidence in my dealer , so going to wait till they have a few under thier belt before I bring mine in

And typical.. I hear "notices going to be sent in August" and assume beginning not ending.. hehe

 

I think we all thought we would see the notices a while ago... especially since we have all been holding our breath a bit waiting... can you say "a watched pot never boils"?
