Rattling noise

Ok, im a little nuts when it comes to rattles, squeeks and clunks, and have to find the cause. The right front of my 8 is driving me crazy. There is a noise there that sounds exactly like a bad knocking shock. New Bilsteins all around didnt change it. Raises its ugly head on a bad road with tons of small imperfections that make the suspension work in sharp small amounts with only a small amount of suspension travel, like its making something rattle, if that makes sense. Nothing from large movements like a manhole cover or decent sized hole. I have put a wrench to everything i can find and nothing i can see is worn or loose. Suspension bushings all look great, motor mounts look great. Torsion bar connections, Brakes, ball joints, steering joints all look good. Cannot feel it in the steering wheel or through the body, I just hear it. Dropped the plastic inner guard to check horn and oil cooler area - nothing.
There was a rattle from the hood itself - raised the rubber screw bumpers a little and that went away, but this suspension "rattle" is still there.
Suggestions anyone ?

I would guess a sway bar endlink is loose and ticking. Big movements force it into a position, but small vibrations will cause it to bind and unbind and make noise. You need both front or both rear wheels at the same level (on the ground or raised equally) to test them properly, otherwise the sway bar is loaded and won't make the sound.

Have you tried deflooding it? Have you tested the battery?
