Howdy.

A weird thing started happening a few weeks back and I cant figure it out. Hoping someone can help.

I started noticing this every morning. I'd unlock my car (remotely) and as soon as I open the drivers side door, a I'd hear a rapid clicking noise. The same sort of clicking you'd hear when you lock the car, except this is about 6-8 times a second. It stops when I close the driver side door. It doesn't happen when I try the same with the passenger side door though.

Also, when I turn the ignition off and take my keys out, the same thing happens as I exit the car, and stops when I shut the door. If I listen closely, it looks like its coming from somewhere around the glove box and the driver side pillar.

Anyone heard or experienced something like this? I'd hate to take it to the dealer to find out. I'm trying to find my other key to see if that is the culprit.

Yeah it's happend to me after I got a new head unit (appradio) the ******** who put it in messed alot of stuff up my speakers would cut out at random and a horrible static when at low volumes then the clicking would start happening mine was the light on the driver side door clicking like crazy

I remember experiencing this same thing for about 3-4 months.
Then suddenly it went away.
Kind of strange but it didn't seem to affect anything.

@t_waszoo - I do notice the lights flickering too. Did it go away, or is it still happening? Its pretty annoying.
