Hi all
I recently had a kncking noise traveeling through the exhaust and engine vibrations in the car, took it to Mazda and they advised that my right hand side engine mount has almost collapsed. They said the mount is located close to the exhaust so this is possibly why im hearing/ feeling the noise/vibration.
He also advised I put an aftermarket mount on that had better heat sheilding or something like that?
Can anyone advise me on what to do or where to get this afermarket mount from?

what was the month/year your RX8 was produced (decal on the driver side door jamb)

 

Hi, thanks for the reply, I can't see the decal but the car is 2007 on an 07 plate so I assume its the first half of the year?
