possible sychnro death?

I have an 04 with about 23K on the odometer, relatively recently, i noticed that at easy driving, once in a while the car doesnt want to change gears, ill try and put it in, but it catches, and wont engage. I have to pull it back to neutral, and retry. When I am pushing hard, it will do it at least once a minute or two of pushing. I want to say that my synchros are failing, but this is VERY bad news seeing as my car has just left warranty...

We have a weak transmission though, anyway if you warranty ended not too long ago you might want to give it a shot.
You should inspect your clutch pedal too, and maybe buy a welded\reinforced one from one of the forum vendors. It will not save your life but it will help a noticeable bit.

Sounds like a bent shift fork. Sometimes that happens after forcing it or slamming it in gear.
