Funny thing is, I fill in a more "well off" neighborhood where I wouldn't expect bad gas.

 

Quick update. Good compression and all, but remember how I said a crapton of oil came out during an oil change? My OMP isn't doing its job. That's why the fuel injector cleaner was helping: it was acting as premix. So should I just keep premixing the fuel or get the OMP properly diagnosed?

 

There are several DIY on cleaning your oil injectors. when you do that you can see if your omp is pushing out any oil.
