Question PCM Freeze Frame Data explained... anyone?

I'm quite new to the rx world and only fiddled around in an old '94 jetta, so to me, the PCM and all it's diagnostic tools is quite a novelty (read : I'm a noob). So I've been looking around on the forum and on the net to see if I could some informations on what the freeze frame data actualy gives and didn't find anything useful.

So is there anyone with that info? All I've managed to find so far are the different status the freezeframe can have but doesn't explain what they mean.

I'd be very grateful for that knowledge and I'm guessing it'd be good to have around somewhere in the forum.

p.s. I'm not quite sure where to start this thread so feel free to move it around if I messed up

Freeze frame data is a snapshot of the engine parameters at the instant the CEL code was thrown.....

Seems like I suck at explaining myself :P

I know what the freeze frame is but I'd like to grasp it's details.
For example, my Fuel Sys 2 was at CL-Fault when the PCM took the snapshot, what does that represent?

I was hoping someone had a some ressource explaining the multiple options
