PCM. CEL No Code. No Power.

Tried to title as informatively as possible, and I have also searched.
2004 Rx8 6MT 100,700 miles, third owner. New plugs a week ago. Moroso wires installed about two years ago. Brand new IDI (Oreilly Auto brand(BWD/Intermotor) coils changed about a week ago. Intake setup is custom, has worked no serious issues, for years. New remanufactured MAF by A1 changed about a week ago.

Here's the issue. About a few weeks ago I lost power on the highway, made it home safe though. And since then, this is what I've found. CEL on P0113 IAT High Input Ckt. I could not rev passed 3k, but felt normal below, and car can get up to highway speeds but it takes forever. So I cleared the code and changed the mentioned parts.

Power came back, for a few days only though. Then same thing. But I noticed something I hadn't before, I have the Emergency Brake Light, ABS Light, SRS and Airbag Light and both traction control lights all on along with the CEL.

Now, whenever I clear the code, I can drive the car a few blocks just fine, I have all the power and response as normal. BUT the CEL always comes back and the moment it does, the very moment, is when I lose the power and cannot rev above 3k. So basically my car goes into "limp mode".

Weird thing is that even when the CEL comes on, I get no code, it's allways "System Pass No Faults Detected". But I do see under datastream mode MIL Status:ON. But no code. Mazda only code? I really don't think so.

Today I took out the battery tray and pcm and airbox tray to hunt down some bad grounds. Cleaned some connecters, installed new battery terminals on a new battery. Have done both pcm reset procedures multiple times; the NVRAM and the KAV(sp?). Still, same problem.

I can only think, bad PCM? MAF sensor harness? If so, would this be something Racing Beat could fix with their 300$ tune? WOW this is blowing my mind and I don't know enough to diagnose myself so will eventually go to dealer but figure you guys would know best.
