P0441 CEL Code
I recently heat wrapped my entire trunk area and put the carpeting back on top of it. I noticed 2 wires, well 1 wire on each side and 1 sunroof drain hose on each side. I did cover over parts of the wires with the heat wrap and since then I am having a CEL code of P0441. Autozone says its 1 of these
1.Faulty Canister
2.Purge Valve Solenoid Faulty
3.Damaged/Leaking EVAP hose
4.Faulty EVAP leak detection pump
Are there any lines or wires that you guys know of that are in any relation to the fuel system in our trunk areas under the carpeting? This light did not come on til 3 days after I heat wrapped my trunk with the soundproofing/heat material. But thats the only change i have made with my car in months. Also first time my CEL came on on this car. 165,000 miles, original engine.
I have been mixing my fuel with marvel mystery oil for the past year and it has been doing wonders for my car. Could that be doing this?
