got a P0411 secondary air injection incorrect, upstream flow detected.

just curious if any one else got this code. and if any one figured it out, car break up in power on top end like misfire but no issues down low.

In addition to ^^ , the air pump shouldn't affect high rpm operation... That sounds like something else, so you may have multiple issues.

 

Could be clogged cat. Theoretically, that might give a weird error with the air pump (high gas flow) and cause misfires at high RPM (high gas glow).

 

lol no air pump, racing beat header, racing beat mide pipe, racing beat single exhaust, racing beat ram air intake box, bhr coils. its odd it only started back in the summer, i dont drive the car much, took plugs out cleaned them.premix 93 octane. that code is the only one ive got. wasnt really a big deal before, but I'm doing some heavy mods for next year, and dont want the issue to travel over to new setup. ive looked up possibles like vacuum solenoids, or vdi or the intake sleeves, but didn't find anything solid,

 

 

turns out its relative to the airpump system, i dont have one so going to check fuse thats for it, and i guess un plug the solinied thats meant for it since there is no need for it, see what happens,
