over fueling, smells wrong

hi my rx8 231 is over fueling as though the mixture is wrong. i have fitted new coil packs, leads, plugs, bank 1 and 2 lamba sensors. also cooling fans aint working either, checked the wiring, relays, fuse, placed jumper wire where the relays go and they work. could this be a ecu problem. also fitted a new temp sensor.

any help would be appreciated alan

Not sure if I get your post right but I'll give it a try....By overfueling do you mean that you get a strong fuel smell from your exhaust? Rx8s during warm up they run rich so if this is the case your car is fine. I also have never heard anything about lambda sensors...Do you mean O2 sensors? How do you know that your fans are not working? Did you get overheat and they did not open up? In a stock rx8 the fans open I believe around 210 degrees.
